Corporations
We partner with organizations as they think through and build the necessary knowledge and tools to enact systems-level change. As with all of our work, we ground participants in identity work and historical context before moving forward in co-creating sector- and role-specific ways to center equity.
Schools
We help teachers and administrators think deeply about their identities and, in turn, their practices. Grounded in both theory and practice, with opportunities for creative expression through visual art, we work to deepen the ability of educators to be both proactive and reactive in their equity and inclusion work.
Boards
We push Boards to interrogate their practices and better embody their stated equity goals. From missions statement crafting to governance practices, we help Board members develop shared language and move from complicity in to dismantling white supremacy culture.
Families
We work with parent/caregiver groups to provide crucial vocabulary and scaffolding to engage with their children around topics including identity, race, gender, and class. Caregivers work to examine their own identities and biases and ground themselves in an understanding of systems of oppression.
